About Me

Hello there.

I’m Angie, a Wokingham-based writer, actor and mother of two.

I’d add theatre-lover, bookworm and art museum enthusiast…

I hope to bring you all the things acting classes have brought me over the years:

Fun, a sense of adventure, joy, a sense of belonging, connection, challenges, greater confidence, creativity, friendships, personal growth…

The list is endless.

I’m a big fan of the power of creativity, and how it can boost our spirits and nourish our souls.

My approach is grounded in creative exploration, and building confidence in a supportive environment. Whether you're completely new to acting or looking to sharpen your skills, I aim to make the workshops as fun and accessible as possible. Each week we’ll be focusing on various skills from improvisation, to script work, voice and movement, all in a relaxed space.

I hope you come away having both learnt something, and enjoyed yourself. Meeting like-minded people is a bonus.

So if you’ve ever been curious about what an acting class might involve, come along to a taster session. All abilities are welcome.

Training / Experience

My training includes the National Youth Theatre (2017/2018) and Guildford School of Acting. Tutors and mentors include actor Cheryl Kennedy, actor and playwright Kay Adshead and directors Nicky Allpress, Andrew Whyment and Gerry Tebbutt.

Previous theatre credits include Crossing No Man’s Land (2025) and The Women Who (2023/2024) both written and directed by Kay Adshead (both at Alexandra Palace and Camden People’s Theatre), Eat The Young, a National Youth Theatre production by Rob Hayes, Glorious and Love, Loss & What I Wore, both Wokingham Theatre productions.
